List webhook logs

GET 
/webhook.log.list

Returns a list of available webhook logs. This endpoint uses offset pagination. When results are ordered newest first, logs created while paging shift subsequent offsets, so a multi-page traversal can contain duplicate or missing entries. Restart at page 1 to refresh the results.
